Three teenagers, including a 14-year-old boy, have been taken into custody on suspicion of murder following a fatal attack in a Chelmsford park. The incident occurred at Central Park, where Essex Police were called around 7 pm on Friday evening.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 21-year-old man suffering from critical injuries. Despite emergency efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have confirmed the man was assaulted, with reports indicating he died as a result of a stabbing.
Among those arrested are a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man, both also from Chelmsford. All three teenagers involved remain in police custody as investigations continue. Essex Police stated that no further suspects are currently being sought, and they do not consider there to be an ongoing risk to the public.
