A man facing charges for the fatal shooting of an innocent bystander outside a Sheffield bar did not appear in court, with his absence attributed to mental health concerns. Shanice Brookes, 30, a mother of one, was tragically killed during a night out at One Four One in Sheffield city centre in the early hours of Monday.
Jemele Rhone, also 30 and from Outram Road, Sheffield, was expected to attend Sheffield Magistrates’ Court charged with Shanice’s murder but was not present. Police reports indicate that Rhone faces additional charges including possession of a firearm and possession of criminal property. Dyce is also charged with possession of ammunition, possession of drugs with intent to supply, and possession of criminal property.
