To celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary, the Prince and Princess of Wales have released a new family photograph. This snapshot, taken during the Easter holiday, depicts William and Catherine relaxing on the grass, smiling alongside their three children—Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis—and their black spaniel. The picture was captured by photographer Matt Porteous in Cornwall.

William and Catherine first crossed paths at the University of St Andrews and spent the initial years of their marriage living in Anglesey. During this period, Prince William trained as a search and rescue helicopter pilot with the RAF. Reflecting on his time there, he commented to trainees at the station, “I loved my time up here. It was great fun… I do miss it. I miss the job, I miss the camaraderie.” He also encouraged those currently training, saying, “Your time up here will go quickly, that’s the thing. The couple’s family grew with the birth of Prince George in 2013, followed by Princess Charlotte in 2015, and their youngest, Prince Louis, in 2018. This portrait marks a milestone in their life together, capturing a moment of happiness shared during a quiet family break
