Ice and flood warnings for parts of UK as cool weather continues

Forecasters highlighted that Sunday night will be notably cold across many areas, particularly in the northern parts where frost is anticipated. Following periods of rain and some snow on hills during Sunday afternoon, temperatures are expected to drop below freezing as clear skies spread from the west later in the evening and overnight.
