Man changed with 33 sexual offences in London

A 58-year-old man named Adebayo Adeyemi has been formally charged with multiple sexual offences involving women and girls in the south London area, with incidents spanning from 2003 through to 2019. The allegations brought against him encompass a wide range of serious crimes.

According to the Metropolitan Police, Adeyemi faces 33 charges in total. These include six counts of rape, one attempted rape, one assault, 21 counts of sexual assault, and four indecent assaults. All of the individuals who have come forward as alleged victims are female.

The suspect, who resides in Dartford, Kent, was initially taken into custody on October 20, 2020. Following his arrest, he is scheduled to make a court appearance at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on the upcoming Monday.
